Our commission starts from 10% of booking revenue and depends on the specific property, market and services required. The proposal defines the calculation basis, third-party costs and VAT where applicable before management starts.
Can I still use my property?
Owner stays and booking availability can be planned as part of your management agreement.
Do you guarantee higher revenue?
No. Pricing, demand, seasonality and property condition all affect results. The goal is to improve performance through clear decisions and continuous review.
