How much does Airbnb management in Mykonos cost?
Commission starts from 10%. The final proposal defines services, calculation basis, cleaning and maintenance expenses, any additional charges and VAT where applicable. The package is tailored to the property.
Are transfers and concierge services included?
Not automatically. We can discuss coordination, but availability, provider and cost are agreed separately. Guests can see clearly what their booking includes.
Can I keep my existing service partners?
Yes. We can coordinate your cleaning team or technical partner using agreed instructions, schedules and updates. Responsibilities and charges are defined before management starts.
